We are looking for experienced consultants to join us in the strategic growth and acceleration phase of our Microsoft business!

Your role:

As a Microsoft Consultant, you’ll play a key role in further shaping and scaling our Microsoft Copilot and AI agenda, working closely with clients and internal teams to increase market momentum, strengthen customer relevance, and drive long-term value. Your responsibilities include:

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and contribute to solution design leveraging Microsoft technologies. You’ll identify high-value use cases rooted in our clients’ business and industry context and translate them into concrete Copilot- and AI-enabled projects that deliver measurable impact.

• Solution Implementation: Develop, maintain and build AI agents through AI Solutions, both in Microsoft (Power Platform using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and related Azure AI services).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical architects, project and product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with overall architecture.

• AI and Automation Enablement: Support the integration of AI-driven features and automation using Copilot and Azure AI services.

• Business development: Develop our offering and business together with the team, for example, by building trusted client relationships and participating pre-sales activities through preparing demos, creating proposals and facilitating client workshops.

The exact scope of the role will be shaped around the candidate’s experience and strengths, in close alignment with our broader AI and industry strategy.

We are looking for:

We are looking for candidates with strong Microsoft consulting capabilities and a solid technical foundation. Ideally, you meet a sufficient set of the following qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform, supported by experience with Power Platform and a solid understanding of the broader Microsoft and AI ecosystem.

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft solutions, including Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform, alongside solid understanding of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

• Knowledge of Copilot features and AI capabilities, automation scenarios, and prompt engineering

• Familiarity with solution design principles, software delivery best practices, and general governance and data security considerations

• Good communication and change management skills, ability to translate business requirements into functional specs

• Degree in a relevant field (f.ex. MSc in business or technology)

• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (written and spoken)

We consider as advantage:

• Relevant Microsoft certifications

• Understanding of Power Automate and Power BI for complementary automation and analytics

• Prior experience in pre-sales efforts, such as creating proposals, lead generation and client workshops
