Pre-sales Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join us in the strategic growth and acceleration phase of our Microsoft business!
Your role:
As a Pre-sales Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in further shaping and scaling our Microsoft Copilot and AI agenda, working closely with clients and internal teams to increase market momentum, strengthening customer relevance, and drive long-term value. Your responsibilities include:
Presales & Business Development: Supporting commercial teams in shaping solutions and preparing proposals. Delivering compelling demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations showcasing AI and Copilot capabilities.
Client Engagement & Opportunity Shaping: Lead end-to-end Copilot and AI engagements in close collaboration with customers, from discovery and value framing to solution design, demonstrations, and early pilots
Enterprise Architecture & Governance: Lead the design of high-level solution architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices. Provide guidance on scalability, security, and governance. Serve as a trusted advisor on Copilot and applied AI, ensuring responsible use, effective governance, and successful adoption.
Thought Leadership: Staying ahead of Microsoft AI and Azure innovations and inspiring clients with their business impact.
Collaboration: Working with technical architects and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and accurate scoping.
We are looking for:
Solid experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, preferably in a client-facing consulting or advisory role, with direct responsibility for engaging enterprise customers
Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture, with the ability to create conceptual and high-level technical designs
Proven experience in pre-sales activities, including shaping opportunities and contributing to demos and customer dialogues
Experience in delivering high-impact initiatives in collaboration with customers and clients
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and related productivity tools
Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and a general understanding of Azure data and AI capabilities
Degree in a relevant field
Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
